Position Title: Assistant Professor Management (HR & Marketing)

Department: Management Department

Timing: 9.00 AM PM (Alternative Saturdays Off)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (VGU)

Opportunity: Full Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Professor with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing to join our Management Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, engaging in academic research, and contributing to the departments administrative and academic functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver courses in HR and Marketing at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Develop curriculum and update course materials regularly.
  • Guide students in academic and career planning.
  • Engage in research and publish in reputable journals.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other academic events.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental strategies and initiatives.
  • Mentor and supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ph.D. in Management/HRM or relevant field from a recognized institution (preferred).
  • Masters degree in Management/HR with Marketing as a minor specialization.
  • 0 - 3 years of teaching or industry experience in relevant areas.
  • Proven track record of academic research and publications is desirable.
  • The candidate has to clear the UGC NET Exam.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HRM and Marketing principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in modern teaching methods and educational technologies.
  • Ability to engage students and foster a collaborative learning environment.
