Qualification: Bachelor's/master's degree Description S4-HANA Public cloud. Experience: 5 years in SAP FI & Controlling, minimum 1 E2E implementation of S4-HANA Public cloud. Core responsibilities: Client consultation: Work with clients to understand their business needs, analyze processes, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Implementation and configuration: Lead the design and configuration of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, often using SAP Best Practices and scope items to meet specific requirements. Process optimization: Help clients improve their business processes by leveraging the standard functionalities of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Integration: Ensure the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules and third-party applications. Testing and support: Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support to resolve issues. Training and knowledge transfer: Train end-users and stakeholders, and share knowledge with colleagues. Project management: Use tools like SAP Cloud ALM for project implementation and management. Key skills and qualifications Technical expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including its modules and functionalities (e.g., Finance, Materials Management). Functional knowledge: Experience in business process analysis and a strong understanding of how to apply SAP best practices. Development/Technical skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud development, such as ABAP, CDS views, and extensions using SAP BTP may be required for specific roles. Communication and soft skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for client-facing interactions. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues. Certification: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification is often preferred or required. Experience: Experience with end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud lifecycles is highly valued.
