Job Title: Project Manager (PMP) – Civil Projects (PMP Certified Mandatory)

Location: BBD Bag, Kolkata (Candidate should be from Kolkata)

Experience: 8–12 years' experience in civil project management, preferably in fencing/railway/defence/forest projects.

Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹15,00,000.00 per annum

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) to lead civil infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on fencing works across railways, defence, and forest sectors. The Project Manager will oversee projects end-to-end — from planning and budgeting to execution and handover — ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage complete project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government authorities.

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards.

· Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

· Lead project teams, vendors, and site supervisors.

· Provide regular progress reports to CEO and key stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· PMP certification is mandatory.

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

· 8–12 years' experience in civil project management, preferably in fencing/railway/defence/forest projects.

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

· Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
