Job Description (Retail Site Head)

Ø Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Ø Participating in various exhibitions and activities to generate leads for the company

Ø Create, maintain and follow day to day various types' sales reports

Ø Come up with new sales ideas or strategies and keep an eye on the market trends by analytical tool

Ø Strictly following the deadline given by the management for all the tasks allocated

Ø Making the SOP's for sales and site

Ø Analyzing the business potential and implementing the plan to drive the channel sales and achieve the targets

Ø Organizing the High tea and Channel partner meets on smaller and big platforms

Ø May perform other duties as assigned by management

Ø Play a key role during various stages of channel partner engagement program and help the team members to develop strong and long term relationship

Ø Showing properties to potential buyers and renters, experience of doing end to end closures, right from the pitch to negotiations final closure.

Ø Setting individual sales targets with the sales team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
