Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level OSI PI Expert to join our team remotely, with the primary job location being Surat. The role involves managing and optimizing OSIsoft PI systems to support our extensive digital transformation solutions across various industrial sectors. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to ensure seamless integration and functionality of PI components.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with OSIsoft PI System Administration (Mandatory skill) to manage and maintain PI environments efficiently.
• Expertise in PI Asset Framework (AF) Configuration (Mandatory skill) to create, configure, and deploy AF objects that enhance data accessibility.
• Proficiency in PI Vision Development (Mandatory skill) to develop and maintain intuitive visualization tools that support business needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge in PI Data Archive Management to effectively manage and optimize historical data storage and retrieval.
• Experience in PI System Security Configuration to ensure robust security measures are implemented for data integrity and system protection.
• Ability to conduct PI Server Installation and Upgrade to keep the server infrastructure up-to-date and optimized for performance.
• Skill in PI Interface Configuration to enable seamless data flow between PI systems and external data sources.
• Understanding of PI Analysis and Event Frames for advanced data computation and time-based event tracking to enhance analytical capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer and support the entire OSIsoft PI System infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Design and implement PI Asset Framework (AF) structures to provide a robust data architecture for client projects.
• Develop and maintain PI Vision displays to enable users access to critical operational insights and inform decision-making processes.
• Manage data archiving processes to ensure efficient data storage and restore capabilities for historical analysis.
• Ensure all security configurations comply with best practices to protect sensitive operational data.
• Plan and execute server installation, patches, and upgrades to maintain system performance and capabilities.
• Configure and maintain interfaces to facilitate seamless data integration from external systems.
• Leverage PI Analysis and Event Frames to develop advanced computational solutions that support predictive analytics objectives.
