₹10,000–₹15,000 per month (for 2 visits) + travel and stay covered

About the Role:

We are looking for a
Hospitality Trainer
to train our
Housekeeping
and
Security
teams at school campuses in Betul and Multai. The person should be able to guide the staff on grooming, discipline, behavior, and cleanliness as per school standards.

Main Work:

• Conduct training sessions once or twice a month.
• Check daily housekeeping and security practices and suggest improvements.
• Teach basic communication, hygiene, and discipline.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment.
• Share short reports after each visit.

Requirements:

• Background in
  Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Facility Training
  .
• Experience in training
  housekeeping or security staff
  .
• Should be from
  Madhya Pradesh
  and ready to travel.
• Should be polite, practical, and good at explaining things clearly.

Engagement:
Freelance role with 2 visits a month; long-term work based on performance.
