Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, and experience in managing a team of QA professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and plans.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define and implement testing processes and methodologies.
  • Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for various software products.
  • Monitor and report on software quality metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects and issues.
  • Participate in project planning and provide input on quality-related activities.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
