Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Airport Support Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to airport operations and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers and visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Provide information and directions to airport facilities, services, and amenities - Assist with check-in procedures and baggage handling - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of airport facilities - Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries - Coordinate with airport staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations - Assist with special needs passengers and provide wheelchair assistance when needed - Monitor and enforce airport security measures and regulations - Keep updated records and reports of daily activities and incidents - Assist with emergency situations and follow proper procedures - Other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is an asset - Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Must pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances If you are a team player with a strong customer service mindset and a passion for the aviation industry, we would love to hear from you.
