Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport CSA & Ground Staff. As a CSA & Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and assisting with the smooth operation of ground handling services at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas - Handle ticketing, reservations, and baggage handling - Respond to passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport procedures and regulations - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo - Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure efficient and timely operations - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding gates - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security regulations - Continuously update knowledge of airline and airport policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a team and independently - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance - Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in the aviation industry, we encourage you to apply for this position.
