Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing exceptional customer service. 2. Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and help with luggage. 3. Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings. 4. Handle flight reservations, changes, and cancellations. 5. Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes. 6. Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled passengers. 7. Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations. 8. Handle cash and credit card transactions for baggage fees, upgrades, and other services. 9. Maintain a clean and organized work area. 10. Follow all safety and security procedures as per company guidelines. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 5. Basic computer knowledge. 6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 7. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage. 8. Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory. 9. Must be fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is an added advantage. 10. Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
