Our core program, Peer Teaching, trains senior students to mentor their juniors in foundational skills like reading and math. Its a chance to be part of something biggerto build a movement thats putting students back at the center of education.Overview of the Program:Maargadarshi: Involving students in the process of learning through peer-based interventions.The program includes facilitating peer-based spaces to provide a safe space for student voices in their learning process. This includes:Learning the concept of foundation math through peer teaching for students in lower primary grades with a CPA approach. (4th and 5th students teach their junior grades)Learning grade-specific math content in peer groups. The students explore different concepts through activities, making it easier to understand these topics in their regular classrooms. (Covering grades 6th,7th and 8th)Roles & Responsibilities:Program DesignCreate a Logic Model Framework outcomes chain for the projects we run under the Maargadarshi ProgramUse current trends in the education sector and use them to inform program designDesign M&E framework for the programs Content design:Design session plans and training resources for the students enrolled in our different programs.Collect and analyse feedback from the ground to make our interventions more effective. Monitoring evaluation and reporting:Design relevant M&E tools to collect qualitative and quantitative data from the ground.Analyse monitoring data and use it to inform decisions based on programCreate resources to disperse learning from the program to internal team members and external stakeholders.Design artefacts to share program impact with the stakeholders.As the project scope increases, there will be an increasing need to focus on project management and strategic planning.Apply If you have:Eager to plan and implement evidence-based programs.Comfortable navigating a dynamic program model.Be Passionate about integrating student voices into the education systemPast experience of initiating and taking complete ownership of new projectsProven experience in high-pressure,dynamic projectsStrong documentation skills2-4 years of experience in training and facilitationProficient in written and oral communication in both English and Kannada (Hindi proficiency is advantageous)Effective collaboration with diverse individuals and groupsEager to contribute to the dynamic and impactful initiatives at MaargadarshiPeople we are looking for We always hire for attitude first, smarts next and then your skills.
