It’s a chance to be part of something biggerto build a movement that’s putting students back at the center of education.Overview of the Role:You will manage end-to-end implementation of our Program towards Student Agency in the district, starting with planning & implementing the Peer based program (around Foundational literacy and numeracy & project based learning ) in all blocks through working with Block resource centers to ensure successful program outcomes for all the students. You will be a part of the team which lays the foundation for the scale of Involve. This will include the following:1. ImplementationUnderstanding existing structures for different aspect of the program for ease of implementationTraining of District, Block, and cluster resource centers on different aspects of Student Agency.Regular interaction with all the stakeholders, visiting blocks and schools regularly to ensure the quality of the program on ground and understanding the implementation gapsIdentifying the needs on the ground and designing/creating programs aligning to Involves vision with the support of Program Design team.Leading strategic planning, goal setting and intervention by unblocking bottlenecks, advocating with relevant stakeholders and strong implementation focus for successful project delivery.2. Manage relationships:Building and maintaining relationships with relevant district and block-level officials (DM, BSA, ARPs, DIET Principal ).Engaging ARP, DIET, and other govt. Officials by regularly reporting, initiating formal/informal conversations and co-creating action plans with them.Identifying other CSOs aimed at addressing pressing needs at the school site.3. Documenting and reportingLeading efforts to document and report progress & program gaps/challenges every month.Adapting tools or surveys to evaluate, collect data and document stakeholder (BACs, CACs, teachers, students) response to intervention.Analyzing feedback from District , Block , and schools to improve the effectiveness of the program and implementation continuallyCreating monthly reports for funders (some part of the report) and govt stakeholdersApply If you haveExperience: 2-4 years of experience in the education sector & managing a teamEducation: An undergraduate degree in any stream is a must; a masters degree is a plusSkills: Should be a good planner and a go-getter; Should be good with on-ground work; okay to commute long distances on certain days; be patient with the outcomes; getting things done by leveraging relationships; Clear understanding of thoughts while making any decision and excellent communication skillsShould have a strong sense of data collection, data analysis, knowledge of statistics and be able to set structures for operational dataStrong work Ethics: Punctuality, Sense of environment, self-driven;Interests: Passionate about education; enjoys mentoring and working with school kids.Why you should join us:1) High Impact work; Strong ownership for your work and No hierarchy2) Mental Health: We offer a supportive space for our team members to prioritize mental health.
