**Key Responsibilities Area**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to understand product requirements, target audience, and brand identity.
- Conceptualize and execute creative print design ideas, including visuals for packaging and trade marketing.
- Create prototypes and mock-ups to test the functionality, aesthetics, and practicality of packaging designs.
- Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications.
- Stay up to date with consumer and market trends for packaging materials.
- Create graphic layouts for primary & secondary packaging within brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Oversee the printing process to ensure color quality and consistency
- Work with a wide range of media and proficiently use design software such as:

- Photoshop
- Lightroom
- Premier Pro
- Illustrator
- In-Design
- Canva
- In-Shot
- Quark Xpress

**Key KPIs**
- Adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Contribution to overall brand identity and market positioning through packaging design.
- Innovation and creativity in packaging design concepts.
- Monitor and optimize packaging costs, including materials, production, and distribution, to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
- Assess the quality of packaging materials and printing processes to minimize defects and ensure consistency in branding.
- Track the timeliness of packaging design and production processes to meet project deadlines and product launch schedules.

**Desired Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative packaging design work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of print production processes and techniques.

Pay: ₹9,637.71 - ₹33,508.27 per month
