**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging graphics for digital and print (social media, brochures, banners, logos, etc.)
- Design intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces (UI)
- Conduct user research, develop wireframes, and build interactive prototypes (UX)
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and functionality
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or UI/UX Designer
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both creative graphics and UI/UX design work
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Knowledge of design systems, color theory, typography, and layout techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve iteratively

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Motion design/video editing skills are a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
