Handle end-to-end case filing and documentation for study visas, tourist visas, and other immigration services.
- Coordinate with students/clients to collect required documents and information.
- Verify, organise, and maintain client records and documentation in line with embassy or university guidelines.
- Track the progress of each file and ensure timely updates to clients.
- Communicate with partner institutions regarding offer letters, COEs, fee receipts, and other correspondence.
- Prepare financial documents, GTE/GS assessments, SOP support, and visa forms.
- Assist the counselling and admission teams by providing regular file status updates.
- Ensure compliance with checklists, protocols, and changing embassy requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in data handling and client communication.
- Provide support in scheduling visa appointments and arranging travel insurance and biometrics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
