About the role
The Finance Executive is responsible for preparing and issuing timely and accurate invoices, and credits as necessary, to BSI customers.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Invoice clients for work performed- Collection of payments- Responsible for Query Reporting- Checking of Expenses & Managing Petty Cash ( imprest )- Monthly Revenue & Cost Accruals- Support all business units, and perform ad-hoc projects- Review customer files/contracts- Maintain/update purchase orders, quotes, and other billing information- Graduate in commerce stream- Should have 1 to 2 year working experience with Multinational company- Good communication skills- Good Command on MS Excel- Should have working knowledge of GST- Persuasiveness/tact when speaking with internal and external customers- Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize- Ability to handle pressure from clients (internal and external)- Prior use of SAP preferred; use of an ERP system required- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Hindi preferable.
