We are looking for a qualified and experienced Visiting Faculty member to join our esteemed institution in the field of Airline & Airport Management.

As a Visiting Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students pursuing degrees or diplomas in Aviation.

**Responsibilities**:
Create and implement effective lesson plans, ensuring coverage of relevant topics and adherence to the curriculum.

Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their academic growth and professional development.

Assess student performance through assignments, projects, examinations, and other evaluation methods.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in the field of aviation to enhance the curriculum and deliver up-to-date knowledge to students.

Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop and refine course materials, assessments, and teaching methodologies.

Provide timely feedback and guidance to students, supporting their learning objectives and addressing any areas of improvement.

Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the overall development of the institution.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress, and provide regular reports as required.

**Qualifications**:
Degree/Diploma in Aviation is required.

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Airline / Aviation industry.

Teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Experience in creating lesson plans for effective classroom delivery.
