**Job Purpose**

Riti Eye Care Hospital is recruiting Operations executive to support and coordinate all operational activities for ongoing business requirements. Responsibilities include hospital management support for all branches of Riti eye care hospital, integration of hospital processes into Hospital Information system, continuous process improvement and program management.

**Reporting to: : Sr. Manager Operation**

Job location: Riti Central office, Rewari

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Hospital operations support**
- Ensure highest level of patient care at all Riti eye hospitals
- Support functional teams at hospital (Marketing, Insurance, Operations, procurement) to develop and execute operational strategies
- Ensure operational strategies are aligned to annual target and goals
- Implement Riti operational polices
- Define and monitor key performance indicators in all Riti eye hospitals
- Responsible for maintaining monthly score cards and reporting to senior management

**Quality**
- Support NABH accreditation work
- Monitor and improve service quality in all Riti eye hospitals
- Work with Hospital administrators to ensure accreditation (NABH) requirements are met and develop protocols
- Perform internal audit and ensure continuous quality improvement

**Purchase**
- Establish a central procurement systems and process
- Coordinate and negotiate purchasing contracts for all supplies
- Monitor contracts with respect to supplier competence, pricing, quality, quantity, timing etc.
- Ensure availability of materials for smooth functioning of all Riti hospitals

**Hospital information system**
- Integrate data requirements for management reporting/regular analysis of process into hospital information system
- Ensure data collection at each stage and avoid duplication
- Provide training support to hospital team on EMR and ERP
- Masters in hospital administration and other relevant educational qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as Operations executive in a hospital. Work experience in eye hospital would be added advantage
- Knowledge of electronic health records
