As a Sales Consultant at Stories Furniture and Accessories, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their shopping experience, helping them select the perfect furniture and accessories to enhance their home. You will provide personalized service, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers with a friendly, professional approach.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture and accessories that match their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales by promoting the benefits and features of our products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
- Process transactions and ensure a smooth checkout process.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve showroom goals.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers with a passion for sales and customer service are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, home décor, or premium retail sector, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales within the furniture industry or any premium retail category is highly desirable.
- A keen eye for design and an understanding of home décor trends.
