Valiance is a niche AI Data analytics firm helping clients build cutting-edge technology solutions for digital transformation. We work with some of the marquee brands like Rio Tinto, Coke, and digitally native companies across India, US, and APAC to build transformative solutions for Credit Risk, Fraud, Predictive Maintenance, Quality Inspection, Data Lake, IOT analytics etc.

At this stage of our journey, we are seeking a full-time senior salesperson in India with an aggressive growth mindset to drive growth for our AI data engineering practice across financial services, industrial/manufacturing verticals global captives. You will be part of the leadership team working closely with management to grow Valiance's business globally through direct customer acquisition and in partnerships with cloud hyperscalers. Below is a summary of the experience we seek and what you can expect.

**Experience Skills**
1+ years plus experience preferably IT/analytics Industry in the Indian or US market with mid-market, enterprise clients.
Proven track record of scaling AI, Data engineering and Cloud revenue streams with global enterprises and captives through relationship selling, direct customer acquisition and partner ecosystem.
Successful track record of growing a practice and accounts to multi-million-dollar revenue streams.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and converting those into large accounts.
You bring on onboard a strong network of personal connects that can help with initial quick wins within first 3 to 4 months.
You exhibit a remarkable ownership mindset, consistently bringing forth innovative ideas and effectively executing them.
Prior experience of working with startups is desired.
Demonstrated success in achieving near term revenue targets with focus on long term goals.
Ability to multi-task, wear multiple hats and have strong go-getter attitude

**Responsibilities**:
Work with the leadership team to define revenue targets and build plans to achieve these.
Build and grow deal pipeline through your professional relationships, industry contacts, and other demand generation mechanisms.
Work closely with pre-sales delivery team to close the deals. You should be okay working individually to put together proposals, client presentations, or any other collaterals when needed.
Travel and meet current, and prospective clients in person. Manage grow personnel relationships
Regular reviews with the leadership team on sales performance, challenges opportunities.
Manage and grow key business accounts.
Represent the company in conferences business events
Importantly you should be ready to roll up your sleeves for pretty much anything
