**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis** to optimize user experiences.
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs** using tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch**.
- Collaborate with **developers, product managers, and stakeholders** to bring designs to life.
- Ensure **responsive and adaptive designs** for a seamless user experience across devices.
- Maintain **design consistency and brand guidelines** across all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest **UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices**.
- Work on **accessibility & usability enhancements** to improve user interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s degree** in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
**Proficiency in UI/UX tools** like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Photoshop**.
**Experience with user research methods** like surveys, interviews, and A/B testing.
Strong **understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts**.
Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** (preferred but not required).
Experience working with **design systems and component libraries**.
Ability to **work in an agile environment** and collaborate with developers & teams.
Excellent **problem-solving skills** and an eye for detail.

**Nice to Have**:
⭐ Knowledge of **motion graphics, animations, or micro-interactions**.
⭐ Experience with **No-code tools like Webflow, Framer, or Bubble**.
⭐ Understanding of **UX writing and content strategy**.
