**Position Title -District In charge**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar related work.
- Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations.
- Managing financial resources and monitoring the performance.
- Ability to manage and compile data for generating reports.
- Experience in coordination, collaboration and teamwork.

**Qualifications**
- Understanding of solar projects, design & implementation.
- Liaise with local, regional and national governing bodies.
- Ability to plan, manage and monitor project budgets and resources.
- Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchasing materials, products or services.
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
- Oversee all construction activities of Kusum project.
- Review and validate all construction cost of site.
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.
- Responsible for preparation of site expenses budget and get approval of management.
- Work with field persons to handle project issues as they arise.
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
