**Job Title**: Primary Coordinator
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with school leadership and teachers to develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging curriculum for the primary grades, ensuring alignment with educational standards and the school's educational philosophy.
- **Instructional Leadership**: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to primary grade teachers in instructional practices, pedagogy, and classroom management strategies, fostering a positive and collaborative teaching environment.
- **Professional Development**: Organize and facilitate professional development workshops, training sessions, and peer learning opportunities for primary grade teachers, promoting continuous growth and improvement in teaching practices and student outcomes.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Oversee the design and implementation of assessment strategies and tools to evaluate students' academic progress and performance in the primary grades, analyzing data to inform instructional decision-making and support student achievement.
- **Student Support**: Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to identify and address the academic, social, and emotional needs of primary grade students, implementing intervention strategies and support services as needed to ensure student success.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians of primary grade students, providing regular updates on students' progress, academic achievements, and areas for growth, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- **School Administration**: Assist school leadership in the day-to-day administration of the primary grades, including scheduling, resource allocation, student enrollment, and coordination of extracurricular activities and special events.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster positive relationships with the school community, including parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders, to enhance support for primary grade students and promote a sense of belonging and involvement in school life.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching certification or licensure as per local regulations.
- Prior experience teaching at the primary level and demonstrated success in instructional leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of primary education curriculum, pedagogy, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work as part of a team.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student success and well-being.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
