**CAN SW Product Owner**

Help shape the future of mobility.

You will be working together on AUTOSAR embedded projects for Active Safety, User Experience on Connected Compute. In particular you will be responsible for:
**Your Role**
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
- Work closely with Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Provide support in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Sprint Goals.
- Triaging of issues reported from Internal/External stakeholders.
- Interfacing with Customer.

**Your Background**

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

- A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics) with work experience of 12-15 years
- **#EXP[8-15]**:

- Working Experience in ADAS, Infotainment or Gateway
- A go-getter, good in communication, challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv mission
- A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions Hands on experience in Autosar Architecture and workflows
- Exposure to Requirements Managements tools, Design tools (like EA), and Configuration management tools (like GIT).
- Agile/Scrum SW development process
- 32 bit microcontrollers
- Good exposure to Automotive SPICE Process
- Negotiation and influencing skills
