**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Videography**:

- Capture video footage on location or in studio settings, including events, interviews, and promotional shoots.
- Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve high-quality results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring proper composition, framing, and lighting.
- Set up and ensure proper working conditions for filming, including managing logistics and equipment needs.
- Assist with directing talent, ensuring optimal performance for video productions.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished final products that align with the project’s creative vision.
- Utilize video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) to trim, cut, and sequence footage, adding transitions, effects, and audio.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as required.
- Integrate sound design, music, and voiceovers to enhance the video’s narrative.
- Review and make necessary revisions to videos based on feedback from clients, managers, or other stakeholders.
- Ensure videos are edited according to the appropriate specifications for each platform (e.g., social media, web, TV).

**Post-Production**:

- Color correct and grade footage to ensure consistent visual aesthetics across all shots.
- Create and manage video archives, ensuring all raw footage and final edits are properly organized and stored.
- Work with other team members to format videos for different platforms (social media, websites, etc.).

**Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Provide input and suggestions to improve the quality and impact of video content.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in videography, video editing, and media production.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in both filming and editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera operation, and sound recording.
- Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time-management skills.
- A degree or relevant certification in Film, Media, or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
