**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media & Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for social media content calendars, campaigns, digital advertisements, and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist in writing, editing, and publishing social media posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Design engaging graphics using tools like Canva or Figma.
- Support video editing tasks for social media content (experience with video editing is a plus).
- Track and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
Monitor social media conversations and respond to inquiries, fostering community engagement.

**Lead Generation & Digital Marketing**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation campaigns using digital marketing tools and tactics to attract potential customers.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and infographics.
- Support the lead qualification process, ensuring leads are effectively handed off to the sales team for follow-up.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications: Any relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva) are a plus.

**Skillsets**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- A creative thinker who can develop fresh and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content, helping to differentiate our brand.
- Comfortable using a variety of digital tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and lead generation software.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, contribute ideas, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
