**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- Answer questions about products, services, or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate leads for the sales team.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- **Customer Support**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Update customer information accurately.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Participate in team meetings and share feedback for improvement.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather information on competitors and market trends.
- Provide insights to the marketing and sales teams.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate
