**Commitment**: 1-Year Full-Time Onsite (College-Based Teaching)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Java Full Stack Trainer** for a full-time teaching position at a reputed college in **Delhi**. This is **not a development job** but a **purely academic/training role** designed to guide students through their semester project and build strong foundations in full stack development.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom training sessions on Java Full Stack Development (Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Frontend, etc.).
- Prepare training materials, project guides, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students with their **semester project** and ensure project completion with practical implementation.
- Clarify concepts, answer queries, and conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism in the classroom setting.

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Strong hands-on experience in:

- **Core Java & Advanced Java**:

- **Spring Framework / Spring Boot**:

- **Hibernate / JPA**:

- **Frontend Technologies**: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React
- **Database**: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Understanding of RESTful API integration and version control systems like Git
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner for students.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in Java Full Stack Training or Academic Teaching.
- Must be able to **commit to one full year** of teaching within the assigned college.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Prior academic teaching experience is highly desirable.
