- Coordinating with department heads to ensure smooth operations.
- Overseeing patient care services, nursing, and support services.
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and evaluating hospital performance and quality metrics.
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist the Medical Superintendent in planning, coordinating, and supervising medical and administrative operations of the hospital.
- Monitor the delivery of patient care services to ensure quality standards and compliance with hospital policies.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of clinical and non-clinical staff, addressing concerns and fostering teamwork.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.
