Position: Accounts Trainee/Executive
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in maintaining financial records.
2. Perform basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
3. Support senior accountants in financial reporting and analysis.
4. Handle day-to-day financial transactions.
5. Learn and adhere to accounting principles and standards.
6. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
7. Help in the preparation of tax returns and compliance activities.
8. Collaborate with other departments for financial information gathering.
9. Participate in audits and internal control procedures.
10. Continuously update knowledge of accounting software and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred.
2. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
