Justi Research and Strategy creates unique and effective marketing campaigns for our clients. Custom graphics play a huge part in delivering our services and we are looking for an experienced graphic designer with strong design skills to work under the direction of our team. Helping to develop high impact, attention-grabbing graphics consistently and reliably while coordinating the overall online marketing strategy for clients via content calendars and meetings will be the focus of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating visual aspects of marketing materials
- Design graphical content for a wide range of social media clients
- Develop design concepts based on a social media strategy
- Research competition for successful campaigns.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Website design and updates
- Managing and maintaining the company’s online presence through engaging posts and regular updates on social media platforms
- Designing compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media, promotional leaflets and brochures
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Overall creation of cohesive design reflecting our customers’ needs and lifestyle.
- Maintain content calendars
- Maintain social media calendars
- Assist with SEO tasks
- Come up with short headlines or descriptions when needed
- Participate in meetings with clients and design team and take good notes
- Clear communicators and comfortable dealing with clients, developers and project managers
- Will have 1 - 3 years experience with social media graphic design/professional commercial design
- Knowledge of what types of designs work with the different social media platforms
- Proficient with the following platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design software. Especially with mockups, web design, and multimedia presentation
- Adaptive design eye and skill
- Value the importance of good content in design and understand visual communication principles
- Thrive in a process-oriented work environment
- Are able to manage multiple, concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
- Are conscientious about meeting deadlines
- Receptive to learning new technologies and skills

**Essential Qualifications**
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 1 - 3 years experience with social media graphic design/professional commercial design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work

Schedule:

- UK shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Indore, Indore - 452011, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
