**Job Title**:ITI Fitter - Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) Equipment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on various types of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems, and execute necessary repairs efficiently.
- **Component Replacement**:

- Replace and repair faulty or worn-out components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical parts in HEMM equipment.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines while performing maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials as per industry standards.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to the maintenance team, assisting in diagnosing complex issues and recommending solutions.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts replaced, and service reports.
- **Tool Management**:

- Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and workshop facilities to ensure proper functioning and availability.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks on repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification or equivalent in Fitter trade.
- Proven experience as an ITI Fitter specializing in Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of HEMM equipment, components, and systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repair and maintenance.
- Commitment to safety protocols and practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and adherence to maintenance schedules.
