**JOB DESCRIPTION**

To supervise the process of weighing of inbound and outbound trucks on weighbridge system and maintain the associated records. fresher can also apply.

Individuals in this role are responsible for checking inbound or outbound goods, recording information regarding the shipment of goods, allocating work and supervising the loading and unloading function.

**Role & Responsibilities**

**Allocating work to Loaders and Unloaders**

**Supervising the loading and unloading of goods**

Weigh incoming trucks/loading vehicle at entry/exit point, ensure accuracy of relevant details in the appropriate module, depending on the product to be weighed.

Provide a weigh -in ticket indicating gross weight or offloading advice indicating net weight.

Receive Waybill from truck driver, retain final copy of waybill for further proceedings.

Complete appropriate documentation and collect driver’s signatures for accounting purpose (e.g., customer product distribution, order numbers etc.)

Act as first point of contact to resolve any problems with the deliveries of goods e.g., late delivery of goods.

Process delivery notes timely and in accordance with legal and company requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Supervision

Supervise weighbridge operation

Weighing Operations:
Oversee the weighing of vehicles entering and exiting the facility to determine their gross and axle weights.

Ensure that weighing procedures are conducted accurately and efficiently, following established protocols.

Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of vehicle weights, transactions, and other relevant data using electronic weighing systems or manual logs.

Customer Service:
Interact with drivers, carriers, and customers to facilitate weighing processes and address inquiries or concerns.

Provide information on weight regulations, fees, and procedures as needed.

Safety and Security:
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.

Monitor traffic flow around the weighbridge area and implement traffic control measures as necessary.

Inventory Management:
**Overtime may be required**

Educational Qualification

12th/graduation or above

Experience required

2 - 5 Years (preferred). fresher can also apply.

Salary Range: 10,000₹-15,000₹ (Per Month)
