Gather, organize, and maintain data from various departments or business functions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by checking and validating information.
- Prepare and generate regular MIS reports for management, such as sales reports, financial data, inventory levels, or performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can aid in decision-making.
- Ensure that reports are delivered on time and meet the needs of the users.
- Maintain databases used for storing business data.
- Ensure databases are regularly updated, backed up, and secure.
- Work with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
- Monitor the performance of MIS systems and identify any technical issues.
- Assist in system upgrades, implementation of new tools, or integrations to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MIS software and data.
- Create visual representations (dashboards, charts, graphs) of data to help management interpret complex information quickly and effectively.
- Provide analytical support to senior management and departments for making data-driven decisions.
- Suggest improvements to business operations based on data insights.
- Implement automated systems to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Suggest and implement improvements in existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
