Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a Global Process Owner-Billing for its Finance Shared Services Center at Gurgaon.The objective is to Develop global common approach to billing processing & support with a constant focus on process improvement.The key focus is on driving consistency & process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive culture of reducing time to bill (TTB) by focus on process efficiency and interface with business.
- Development of common ways of working for all countries supported
- Ensure level of support for business consistent regardless of ERP being used
- Maintain tracker to be able to right size billing teams in light of business volume changes
- Implementation of new system solutions as & when developed
- Creating culture of TTB process focus rather than Billing function
- Liaison with supported countries to identify & resolve process issues
- Initiate Business Discovery activities with locations looking to migrate activities to FSS
- Local issue resolution on technical issues as they arise
- Work with operational billing team on matrix reporting basis
- Focus on process improvement to drive down operating cost

Skills / Qualifications:
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**
- Suitably experienced finance professional with billing experience
- Process focused with an eye for detail
- Supervisory experience of managing a team
- Ability to communicate with subordinates, peers & senior management
- Ability to embrace change management at all levels of an organisation
- A good working knowledge of all aspects of Billing for different commercial scenarios especially an Oracle environment
