In this role, you will be working with software development engineers and project managers to create, maintain, and execute test plans, build automated test infrastructure and establish processes to invent & simplify test strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working in a fast-paced startup requires flexibility in job descriptions so to start with this is an extremely hands-on position.
- Responsible for working daily with the product management and customer success and a gifted team of engineers to understand the rapidly evolving plans, analyze new features and define test strategies.
- Drive expectations around quality

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, priding yourself on getting things done with a high level of quality
- A desire to build products that solve complex technical problems for end users with high quality user experience
- Comfort in working in short, agile, iterative development cycles
- Strong desire to work in an unstructured, fast moving startup environment
- B Tech degree in CS or equivalent
