**Job Title: High School Biology Teacher**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with state curriculum standards and school objectives.
- **Instruction**: Deliver dynamic and interactive instruction that caters to diverse learning styles and encourages critical thinking and scientific inquiry.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate student progress through a variety of assessment methods, including quizzes, tests, projects, and laboratory activities.
- **Feedback**: Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, respect, and collaboration.
- **Lab Management**: Supervise and facilitate laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed and equipment is used correctly.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with advancements in the field of biology and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- **Extra-Curricular Activities**: Engage students in extracurricular activities related to biology, such as science clubs, field trips, and science fairs.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular themes and promote interdisciplinary learning experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license in Biology (or eligibility for certification).
- Previous teaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
- Strong content knowledge in biology, including genetics, ecology, evolution, and cellular biology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in the success and well-being of students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
