On Field Service Engineer

CTC - 12000 to 15000

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and develop solutions to resolve them
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and labor performed
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for service and support improvements
- Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Travel to customer sites as needed, including overnight stays

Qualifications:

- ITI, Diploma, Btech Electronics
- Fresher or Experienced
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
