**About Us**:Tracer is a leading shoe manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality footwear. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Raw Material Store Assistant**. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our raw material inventory.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:
Assist the store manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of raw materials.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.

**Data Entry and Software Proficiency**:
Utilize computer systems and software to input, update, and manage inventory data.
Ensure the accuracy of data and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

**Receiving and Inspecting Materials**:
Receive incoming raw materials and verify against purchase orders.
Inspect materials for quality and report any issues to the store manager.

**Organization and Space Management**:
Organize and arrange raw materials in an easily accessible manner.
Optimize warehouse space by implementing efficient storage solutions.

**Communication**:
Collaborate with the purchasing department to coordinate deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
Communicate effectively with team members to relay important information regarding inventory status.

**Quality Control**:
Work with the quality control team to ensure that all incoming materials meet the required standards.
Participate in periodic stock audits to identify and address discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related role.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry, spreadsheet software, and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
