**Purpose Of Role**:
Inventory Data Management and Governance of the Contract across full workflow journey of Inventory Life-Cycle

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Data Management and Governance for Contracts: Fetching reports from various BT monitoring systems & Keep Inventory Clean portal (using automation/macros) to ensure the Inventory Data are being captured and monitored as per the business requirement
- Attribute Mapping between Customer Inventory and BTGS Inventory attributes: To understand the business requirement and incorporate the same into the various BT systems involved during the end-to-end order journey. Knowledge over E2E systems and Inventory data flow is necessary
- Implements ways to continuously improve and optimise working processes within the area of customer service
- Manage stakeholder sand customer relationships
- Manages identified issues to assess their business/customer impact and determine broader implications
- E2E Process Improvement across Inventory: To understand the E2E inventory data flow and advising the design teams to reduce/remove the redundant processes involved in the overall process.
- Working closely with the systems teams to enable any required changes to encounter any issues faced as part of day-to-day delivery
- Generating customised reports pertaining to each customer / contract basis the requirement from the Oracle environment using SQL queries

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in either a Telecom or Analysts domain.
- Graduate (minimum 3 years college level) education preferable B.Tech.
- Highly Numerate, exceptional understanding of MS Excel, SQL, Tableau.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel)

**Skills/Experience**:

- Good knowledge of SQL & Business Analytic tools
- Being able to work in a team as well as an individual contributor
- Being able to take ownership if tasks assigned and complete them on time, escalate early to the management
- Experience in working in a diverse and fast paced work environment
