By virtue of working directly with the Business Head, incumbent will be a part of the top level management and will have access to all kinds of information, future strategy, and other sensitive areas, hence, **highest levels of confidentiality, loyalty and honesty must be maintained at all times.**:

- Will be responsible for **ensuring that all directions** from the Business Head's office **reach all levels of Management** and are followed.reporting to multiple Business Heads.
- Should be **efficient in coordinating** with the C-level functionaries as well as the heads of all the departments.
- Must be **well versed with Calendar Management** for the Business Head.
- Will be **responsible for** Coordination, sending Invites, making Reservations,Bookings, Travel arrangements, Ticketing and Expense Management, etc for the Business Head.
- Will be required to **schedule meetings and attend the important meetings** and prepare the **minutes of the meetings**.
- The incumbent should have a very **pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills** and should be able to **multitask** and **adapt** in all situations
