Job Title Architect **Department/Group**:Architecture

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
- Prepare and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
- Perform design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects.
- Provide finish selections including color palettes, carpet and wall finishes, lighting and other various interior selections.
- Coordination with all required internal & external stake holders
- Project visits to have better understanding of the requirements

EDUCATION: BACHELOR DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE

EXPERIENCE: 5 TO 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

CTC TO BE OFFERED: BEST IN THE INDUSTRY

JOB LOCATION: TALEGAON DABHADE, TAL: MAWAL, DIST. PUNE

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
