We have an excellent opportunity for Junior Architect for a well-known company

Location - Ghatkopar

Exp - Fresher - Bachleor's in Architect

Role
- 1 Follow up a project from acquisition, design to execution.

2 Co-ordinate with sales, marketing, site engineers, consultants, in-house engineers, contractors.

3 Site visits and supervisory functions as and when required.

4 Prepare project documentation.

5 Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations

6 Coordinate with site execution teams

7 Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage

8 Coordinate with design consultants to seek updates, present drafts and incorporate feedback

9 To coordinate and scrutinize structural drawings, working drawings, service drawings, sales drawings, brochure drawings, etc.

10 Track projects for delivery

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
