**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and creative **Social Media Content Creator** to join our team and elevate our brand presence on digital platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and engaging content that showcases our architectural projects, designs, and company culture. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online reputation and expanding our digital footprint in the competitive real estate and architectural sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Curation**: Develop and post original content including images, videos, blogs, and infographics that highlight our design philosophy, completed projects, and company values.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring regular, relevant, and engaging posts to maintain an active online presence.
- **Brand Storytelling**: Use compelling narratives to tell the story behind our architectural designs, the people behind our projects, and the quality craftsmanship we stand for.
- **Campaigns & Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- **Engagement & Interaction**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a strong and interactive online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media content to optimize strategy and track growth metrics.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role, preferably within the real estate or architecture industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Filmora,Capcut or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of video editing and the ability to create engaging visual content.
- Strong creativity, with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to life.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
