**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Maintain and update customer databases to track sales leads and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales targets.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional items.
- Monitor and update social media platforms, engaging with customers and promoting brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as a liaison between the sales and marketing departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Communicate with customers to gather feedback and address inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales and marketing executives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to sales and marketing activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing coordination role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
