Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to manage & convert leads for versatile physics wallah programs.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM (Salesforce) software
- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded.

Location - Darbhanga

CTC - 1.2 to 1.5 LPA

Skills Required:

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in concerned field.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Darbhanga, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 3 years (preferred)
