**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design and Branding**:

- Create high-quality visual content for digital and print media, such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and packaging.
- Ensure consistency with the company’s branding in all designs and align with marketing campaign requirements and business objectives.
- Develop layouts and designs that are visually engaging and user-friendly, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

**Creative Development**:

- Contribute innovative design ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, video editing, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to provide fresh input for content development and visual storytelling.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and enhance videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Create video content that effectively communicates the brand message and engages the audience.
- Add motion graphics, animations, and sound effects to elevate video quality.

**Content Creation**:

- Enhance and retouch images to maintain high-quality visual appeal.
- Work on layouts that capture the audience's attention while maintaining the brand's tone and style.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with printers, external vendors, and marketing agencies for the production of high-quality print and digital materials.
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and follows industry standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with design tools like **Canva** and **Sketch**.
- Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and graphic design principles.
- Experience in video editing, including post-production, motion graphics, and basic sound editing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of 3D design or animation tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and how to optimize content for each platform.
- Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation for printers.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
