The Investor Services group is responsible for timely and accurate completion of reporting, remitting, and reconciling for assigned GSE and PLS investors. This includes activities relating to loan acquisitions, services releases, corporate and P&I Advance analysis.
Job responsibilities include preparing reporting packages and procuring accurate investor reports that enable the analysis and decision making of reporting and reconciliation deliverables.
Job competencies:
- Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal business teams
- Aptitude to learn new concepts swiftly
- Planning and organizing multiple tasks
Experience and Skills required:
- Knowledge of US mortgage industry is an added advantage
