**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Display Design and Execution**:Develop and implement creative and innovative visual displays that showcase products effectively.

Ensure that displays align with the overall brand image and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
Regularly update and refresh displays to reflect new merchandise and promotions.
- **Space Planning**:Optimize the layout of merchandise to maximize visual impact and customer flow.

Collaborate with store management to plan and execute floor sets and product placements.
- **Product Presentation**:Ensure products are presented in an attractive and organized manner to highlight key features and benefits.

Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate promotional materials and signage into displays.
- **Trend Awareness**:Stay informed about industry trends and competitor displays to identify opportunities for improvement.

Integrate current design trends into visual merchandising strategies to keep the store visually appealing and relevant.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to align visual merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with store management and sales associates to gather feedback and insights on customer preferences.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor merchandise levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock for displays.

Communicate with the buying team regarding popular and slow-moving items to optimize inventory.
- **Training and Communication**:Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising standards and guidelines.

Communicate changes in display layouts and strategies to the store team in a timely manner.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 75% (preferred)
