Job Title**:Influencer Marketing Assistant Manager**

Job Overview: As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy. You will identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience. Your expertise in the skincare and cosmetic care sectors will be crucial in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand objectives and marketing goals.
- **Influencer Identification**: Research and identify potential influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) who resonate with our brand and target demographics.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet performance metrics and budget constraints.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with influencers to develop engaging content that highlights our products and fits their unique style and audience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimize future strategies. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and ROI.
- **Market Trends**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to ensure our influencer marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.**
- **3-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care industries.**

**- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and a robust network of industry contacts.**

**- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.**

**- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**

**- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**
